How does ordering work?

The Sun Store will be open from October 7 through October 17 for our Fall '24 Drop! After you order, you'll be notified when your item is available for pickup in person at Pacific Primary.

Once our Fall '24 drop ends, only select items will be available until next Spring. These items will ship directly to you.

Everything in this store is made for you as soon as you place an order. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction (and costs!) Earth Protectors, always. 🌎 ✌️

FAQs

How does ordering work?

During a seasonal drop, you will have access to shop the entire collection of Pacific Primary swag, including exclusive pieces that will only be around for a short time! Once the "drop" closes, only a few staple items will remain for sale until our next drop.

These staple items will ship directly from one of our Print On Demand partners.

This model allows us to keep our merch fresh n' fun, while also decreasing our costs and waste.

Where will my items ship?

If you order as a part of the "drop," you will pick up your purchase at school during a designated pickup day. Please be ready to show your receipt in email.

If you purchase items outside of a drop, those items will ship directly to you.

Do you offer returns?

Sadly, we can not facilitate returns. However, we strongly encourage you to offer your item up to another kiddo or adult! We hear the PP aftermarket is hot...

How is pricing determined?

We've worked hard to find the highest-quality items, at the fairest prices.

If you are shopping outside of a seasonal "drop," items will ship directly to you from one of our "Print on Demand" partners. They will calculate shipping. Unfortunately, we have no control over shipping costs.

Help! I can't decide what to order.

Decisions, decisions, decisions. Choices can be tough, we get it. We've done our best to include product information, including sizing and fabrication on each listing.

Will my products look like this horrible AI Mockup?

No. Phew! We've made note of products that are printed vs. embroidered. And there may be some color variation.
